I'm a new PowerPoint specialist for a medical publishing company that uses PCs and Office 2007. I've tried using Office 2008 on iMac and converting PowerPoints to 2007 PC version but I run into conversion problems. Our clients dictate what the graphics and such are, so I can't simply choose graphics that are listed as compatible with the 2007 version. I'm buying a computer to do work from home and am hoping to get an iMac but run Office 2007 as if I'm on a PC (I dislike PCs and want to avoid buying one). If you can't put 2007 on an iMac, can you use an iMac monitor but hook it up a PC tower along with a Mac-mini? Or wouldn't the monitor be compatible with a PC tower?
